Observation of Vigilance Awareness Week 2012
Vigilance Awareness Week was observed from 29.10.2012 to
03.11.2012 commencing with the pledge on 29.10.2012 at
11.00 AM. The theme this year was “Transparency in
Public Procurement”.
The Zonal Managers / HODs were advised to consider the
following activities :

To display banners, posters etc. at prime locations.

To organize seminars/ workshops inviting prominent
faculty.

To organize competitive debates/ lectures on anti
corruption topics amongst the employees.

To bring out special issue of journals during the
period and
-
To request the non-government organizations,
institutions and services associations in the local
area to participate in the Vigilance Awareness
campaign.
All Zonal Managers/ Project Managers are requested to
send the report about the manner in which the week was
observed to the Vigilance Division by 9th
November,2012.
Proposed workshops / training / meetings
1. In-House Training Programs on preventive
Vigilance are planned for Zones.
The venue and schedule of such program shall be
intimated after finalization.
