This is a unique interactive page for Disciplinary Authority, CVO and the Vigilance Officers, containing files and documents, both in the Record Room as also the current files /documents  to be used for reference by the above named officers with individual passwords.

Some important features of the System are as below:-

·         All files kept in record room have identified fixed locations, as indicated in the System as also on the body of the file.

·         One page summary of the content of the file is kept in the System, to be opened when clicked.

·         A search engine has been provided for quick location of the file.

·         The system provides a list of all employees / status of the vigilance /CBI cases pending against them and all other details, apart from details already shared in the interactive page.
